Amelia Robinson of Homer, Alaska, was married to Drew Elkins of Boulder, Colo., on Sept. 17, 2016, in Morrison, Colo. Amelia grew up in Homer and attended college at the University of Montana Missoula, majoring in psychology with minors in human development and gerontology. Amelia moved to Denver where she met Drew in 2011 and attended the University of Denver, gaining her master’s in social work. She is currently a trauma therapist at The Empowerment Program. Drew grew up in Boulder and attended Purdue University in Indiana where he graduated with his bachelors in aviation science with a minor in airport management. Drew is currently a commercial pilot based in Denver for Skywest Airlines. Drew and Amelia reside in Denver, Colo.

Drew is the son of Dr. James Elkins and Sally Elkins who reside in Boulder, Colorado. Amelia is the daughter of Bruce and Kathy Robinson who reside in Homer, Alaska.
