The Kachemak Swim Club Kings bested the Soldotna Silver Salmon in a dual meet at Homer High’s Kate Kuhns Aquatic Center on Oct. 25.
The Kings notched 55 percent individual PRs, personal records, and 52 percent relay PRs to best the Silver Salmon 429 to 286 points.

Carly had five new age-group cuts; one new Junior Olympic cut for girls 9-10 in the 50 back (42.00) in her first race as a 9-year-old; dropped an average of two seconds per 50 including a 39.02 in the 50 free and a 1:38.08 in the 100 IM; and raced aggressively from start to finish.
KSC’s next meet is the Turkey Time Invitational at the Kate Kuhns Aquatic Center Nov. 21-22. Racing begins at 6 p.m. on Friday and 10 am on Saturday.
