Judgments
Annmarie Squires, 55, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $5,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 120 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $2,000 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and not consume, use or possess any controlled substances; had her driver’s license revoked for three years; and was placed on probation for five years.
Ryan C. Cotney, 19, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with six days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year. He also pleaded guilty to minor consuming alcohol and was fined $600 with $400 suspended and ordered to attend an alcohol information school.
Petr V. Reutov, 19, pleaded guilty to failure to give immediate notice of an accident. He was fined $200 and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and was placed on probation for one year.
Kimberly L. Caley, 20, pleaded guilty to not having a valid operator’s license. She was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year. She also pleaded guilty to failure to appear in court and was fined $100.
Richard W. Anderson, 50, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 40 days in jail with 30 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.
