A hearing was continued to Aug. 28 in the case of Zachary Fraley, 18, the former Homer High School student charged with first-degree terroristic threatening, a felony, for allegedly placing a bomb-like device at the high school that caused an evacuation of the school on May 16. A change of plea was to be heard at 3 p.m. Wednesday, but at press time the hearing had not been held.
