Travis C. Greene, 20, charge dismissed, lack of preliminary hearing, first-degree sexual abuse of a minor.

Josephine R. Mestas, 49, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. She was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 85 days in jail with 75 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for three years.

Shelly A. McBride, 36, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Pahisi F. Reutov, 18, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
