A man at 11:30 a.m. reported possible squatters at a Pennock Street address. Police responded.
A caller at 12:16 p.m. reported a theft from a car on Ocean Drive.
A man at 3:20 p.m. reported a car stolen from a Pioneer Avenue address.
A caller at 3:54 p.m. reported a car was broken into and items stolen at a Pioneer Avenue address.
A caller at 4:22 p.m. reported a man looking through windows of vehicles parked at a Sterling Highway business. Police contacted the man.
A caller at 7:21 p.m. reported a woman violated a stalking protective order at a Pioneer Avenue address.
A woman at 5 p.m. turned in a wallet found at an East End Road address.
A caller at 9:01 p.m. reported a person vomiting behind a Dumpster at a Ben Walters Lane address. Police responded.
Police at 8:32 p.m. received an email in reference to criminal mischief done to public property at Karen Hornaday Park.

A caller at 12:46 a.m. reported an assault victim at a Bartlett Street medical facility. Police responded.
A caller at 8:31 a.m. reported theft from a vehicle at a Klondike Avenue address.
A caller at 11:30 a.m. reported people trying to get him to send a fee in return for cash and other prizes.
A caller at 11:51 a.m. reported a man refused to leave an East End Road business. Police responded and the man left.
A caller at 1:23 p.m. asked police to do a welfare check on a man at a Ben Walters Lane address. Police talked to the man and found all was OK.
Police at 1:19 p.m. warned a driver for speeding through a construction area on Kachemak Drive.
A person at 2:11 p.m. reported suspicious activity at a West Hill Road address.
Police at 1 p.m. assisted with training at a Lake Street address.
A man at 2:57 p.m. came to the station to report disputed property at an East End Road address.
A person at 4:45 p.m. made a 911 call of a domestic dispute in progress at an Alm Lane address. Police responded and took a man to another home.
A caller at 8:11 p.m. made a “report every dangerous driver immediately” complaint of a driver on the Sterling Highway. Police stopped the suspect driver but did not see any signs of impairment.
A caller at 11:47 p.m. asked police to do a welfare check on a family member at a Ben Walters Lane address. Police contacted the person and found all was OK.

A caller at 10:37 a.m. asked for information regarding issuing a trespass notice to a person from a Ben Walters Lane addres.
A caller at 11:30 a.m. turned in items found at a Sterling Highway parking lot.
A man at 12:31 p.m. flagged down a police officer and reported drug activity at a West Hill Road address.
A caller at 12:36 p.m. reported a suspicious vehicle driving around town.
A caller at 2:42 p.m. reporting a car crash with damage on the Sterling Highway.
A caller at 4:37 p.m. reported a truck towing a boat trailer jack-knifed on Lake Street and blocked traffic.
Police at 8:55 p.m. did a security check at an Ocean Drive address and found a door open. Police spoke with a renter and found all was OK.
A caller at 11:53 p.m. reported hearing yelling on Heath Street. Police responded but could not find anyone yelling.
Nov. 19
A caller at 12:17 a.m. reported smelling smoke on Ohlson Lane. Police responded and determined it was employees at a restaurant cleaning a wood burning oven.
A caller at 11:05 a.m. reported a car crash with damage on Smokey Bay Way. Police responded.
A person at 11:23 a.m. made a 911 call reporting the smell of gas in the Soundview Avenue area. Police notified Enstar Natural Gas.
A caller at 2:39 p.m. reported a wanted subject was at a Greatland Street address. Police responded and arrested a 48-year-old man on a probation violation.
A caller at 3:13 p.m. reported a man hunting on the Kachemak Drive beach.
Troopers
Nov. 15
Alaska State Troopers at 10:30 a.m. received a report from the Alaska Department of Corrections that a probation officer found controlled substances during a home visit of a 45-year-old Homer man on probation. Troopers arrested the man on three counts of fourth-degree misconduct of a controlled substance and for a probation violation.
Nov. 17
Troopers at 8:30 a.m. went to a Mclay Road home for a report that a 55-year-old Homer woman was trespassing. Troopers said the woman had been evicted at the beginning of November and was not allowed to be at the home. Troopers arrested the woman for trespassing.
Troopers at 1:28 p.m. received a 911 call that a 31-year-old Anchorage woman had stolen a gray Toyota Tacoma from a home near Mile 6 East End Road. Troopers said the woman assaulted another women before taking the vehicle. Troopers arrested the Anchorage woman for fourth-degree assault, fifth-degree criminal mischief, both domestic violence related and first-degree vehicle theft.

Judgments
Corrie A. Haigh, 37, charge dismissed, driving without a valid operator’s license.
Dustin N. Steen, charge dismissed, fourth-degree theft. He pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespassing. He was fined $150 and sentenced to five days in jail with five days suspended and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.
Clinton A. Bush, 41, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of driving without a valid operator’s license. He was fined $500 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.
Tad H. Long, 49, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to contact his victims without consent from the court; and was placed on probation for one year.
Alan M. Larkey, 28, Anchorage, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident. He was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.

Christopher R. Alfano, 45, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, three counts.
Kevin F. Rutter, 27, driving while license suspended, revoked, cancelled or limited.
