2013 will mark my 15th year of practicing alternative medicine and taking care of people in Homer, my home. In this time, I have had the privilege of treating more than 3,000 people. This past year has been a very difficult year for me personally and for my business. What I have discovered through all of this is that I benefit as much and learn as much from my patients as they do from me. I also have learned that, as a community, Homer takes care of its own. Therefore, in this season of giving thanks, I would like to take a moment to thank all of my patients and my community for trusting me and allowing me in whatever small way to participate in their lives and their healing process. I look forward to many more years of taking care of my neighbors and friends, and of them taking care of me.
