The February recipient of the Homer Flex High School Phoenix Award is Caleb Browning.

Each month, the school staff chooses a student to receive the Homer Flex Phoenix Award based on their embodiment of the school’s values: respect, productivity, and ownership.

Junior Caleb Browning is a bright and capable student who excels in technology and art. His unique projects and his detailed designs are truly awesome. We appreciate his creativity, artistic eye, and leadership. Caleb provides a strong support and example for other students, and is constantly looking at how to improve whatever he is working on at the time. He is a hard worker, productive in class, and kind and respectful to everyone around him. Caleb has integrated into the Flex community and demonstrated commitment to our Flex values. We are lucky to have this young man at Flex.
