Alaska State Troopers at 6:10 p.m. went to a disturbance near Mile 142 Sterling Highway in Ninilchik. Troopers said a 48-year-old Ninilchik man was drunk and had assaulted a family member and damaged property in the home. He was arrested for fourth-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief, both domestic violence related.

Troopers at 9:45 p.m. went to a disturbance near Ninilchik. Troopers said a 34-year-old man was very drunk and belligerent. They gave him a disorderly conduct warning and advised him to follow orders. Troopers said he refused and arrested him for disorderly conduct.
