Otto Robert Tarnowske VII was born at 8:25 p.m. May 14 at South Peninsula Hospital to Shiloh Joyce and Otto Robert Tarnowske VI, of Anchor Point. He weighed 7 pounds and 11 ounces. Otto’s grandparents are CJ Hernley and Tim Joyce, of Homer, and Otto and Liz Tarnowske, of Homer.
