Homer Police

Feb. 23

Homer Police got multiple harassing phone calls over a short period of time starting at 7:32 a.m. Multiple attempts were made to get the caller to stop, to no avail. A 38-year-old Homer woman was arrested for violating conditions of release, disorderly conduct, and second-degree harassment. She was also arrested on an outstanding warrant from the Alaska State Troopers Soldotna post for a misdemeanor for failing to appear in court on an original charge of disorderly conduct. The woman was remanded to the Homer Jail.

Homer Police got a request for a welfare check on a man causing a disturbance at 10:40 p.m. They arrested the 29-year-old Homer man for criminal trespass and fourth-degree theft. He was remanded to the Homer Jail.

Feb. 24

Homer Police got a report at 8:34 p.m. of a man shoplifting. An officer went to the scene and arrested the same 29-year-old Homer man from the previous entry for fourth-degree theft, criminal trespass and violating conditions of release. The man was remanded to the Homer Jail again.
