Lucille, Buster and Annyong are 8-weeks-old kittens. There are two males and one female.

Kittens, kittens — the shelter’s got kittens. They’re small, playful, and oh so sweet. What more could you ask for? Call the shelter to set up a time to meet the newest members of the itty bitty kitty committee. You won’t regret it.

Call the Homer Police Department at 907-235-3150 for after-hours animal related emergencies and they will contact the Animal Control Officer on call. The shelter asks that any donations be made to the Homer Community Food Pantry.

The animal shelter is located across from the Public Works Department off the Sterling Highway. The shelter’s business hours are noon-7 p.m. Tuesday, noon-5 p.m. Wednesday-Friday, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday-Sunday. Closed Mondays. For more information, call 235-3141.
