Troopers

Dec. 12

At noon, the Port Graham VPSO responded to a reported assault. An investigation showed that a 28-year-old Port Graham man had assaulted his girlfriend and damaged two tires on her vehicle. The man was arrested and remanded into the Homer Jail.

Feb. 7

At 11:01 a.m., Alaska State Troopers received a report of a stolen snowmachine and trailer from a residence on Skyline Drive in Homer. A woman reported her son’s red Polaris Indy GT had been stolen along with a two place snowmachine trailer sometime within the last two days. The investigation is ongoing.

Feb. 8

At 10:52 a.m., Alaska State Troopers responded to Razdolna for a report that a 38-year-old Razdolna man was violating his conditions of release in a criminal case. An investigation showed the man was in violation of his conditions by contacting the victim in a the previous case. Further investigation determined he was stalking the victim also. The man was arrested and remanded into the Homer Jail where he was held pending arraignment.

Tyler J. Morris, 32, driving under the influence.

Debra L. Spencer, 47, first-degree arson, first-degree criminal mischief.

Iosif F. Basargin, 38, first-degree stalking, two counts of violating conditions of release and two counts of unlawful contact. All charges are domestic violence related.

Hayden A. Patterson, 21, fourth-degree theft, and violating conditions of release.

Lillianna C. Wills, 23, fourth-degree theft.

Tayler F. Andrews, 21, fourth-degree theft.

Sean M. Carpenter, 29, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance for possession.
