Cookie is a 4-year-old female. This bashful beauty is a real treat. It may take her a little bit to warm up to you at first, but once she does she melts into you. She just needs someone to be patient and give her a loving home to call her own.

To adopt a pet, call or stop by the animal shelter across from the Public Works Department off the Sterling Highway. The shelter is open from noon-7 p.m. Tuesday, noon-5 p.m. Wednesday-Friday, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday-Sunday. Closed Mondays. For more information, call 235-3141.
