A caller at 8:21 a.m. reported a man trespassing at a Fairview Avenue address.
A caller at 12:30 p.m. reported a truck using air-assist brakes inside city limits on Meadow Lane.
A caller at 1:19 p.m. reported people living in a car parked at a Lake Street address. Police contacted the people and advised them to move.
A caller at 2:30 p.m. reported an injured sea otter on the Spit.
Sept. 22
A caller at 7:10 a.m. reported a trespassed person at a Bunnell Avenue business.
A caller at 12:40 p.m. reported camping violations at Mariner Park.
Police at 8:24 p.m. contacted a 28-year-old man driving on Main Street and issued him summonses for driving while license revoked and not having proof of insurance.
Police at 10:37 p.m. contacted a 43-year-old woman driving on Pioneer Avenue and arrested her for fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, driving while license revoked, driving in violation of license limitations, driving under the influence and failure to insure vehicle.
Sept. 23
Police at 1:39 a.m. contacted a 52-year-old man driving on the Spit and arrested him for felony DUI and driving while license revoked.
A caller at 3:35 p.m. reported people driving on lawns of Shannon Lane homes to get to another residence.
A caller at 5:27 p.m. reported a chainsaw stolen from an Early Spring Street shed.
A woman at 7:56 p.m. reported someone took her coat and car keys and took off walking down Fairview Avenue.
Alaska State Troopers at 9:22 p.m. put out a “be on the lookout” for a man missing from Anchorage with Seldovia connections. Police notified the harbor office and Seldovia Police.
Sept. 24
A caller at 3:47 p.m. reported a theft from a boat parked on Kachemak Drive.
A woman at 4:39 p.m. reported her backpack was missing from where she left it on the Spit.
A caller at 6:34 p.m. reported a drunk man lying by the side of the Greatland Street trail. Police got the man a ride home.
Police at 10:30 p.m. contacted two men in front of a Pioneer Avenue business and advised them not to drink any more liquor that night or go to any bars.
Sept. 25
Multiple people at 8:26 p.m. made 911 calls of a man dressed like a pirate at the ferry terminal and making threats toward people. Police responded and arrested a 54-year-old man for making terroristic threats.
A caller at 10:52 p.m. reported drunk people causing a disturbance on the Sterling Highway. Police contacted the people and they left the area.
Sept. 26
Multiple people at 6:40 p.m. made 911 calls of a man throwing rocks and jumping in front of cars on the Spit. Police contacted the man and gave him a disorderly conduct warning and told him to stay out of the road.
Sept. 27
A caller at 925 a.m. reported vehicles speeding on Bishop’s Beach.
A caller at 11:16 a.m. reported a moose with netting wrapped in its antlers. Police notified the Alaska Department of Fish and Game.
Police at 10:46 p.m. arrested a 27year-old man on a weapons offense.
Sept. 28
A caller at 8:44 a.m. reported a dispute over property on Seabreeze Court.
A caller at 3:50 p.m. reported a drunk man passed out at a Hazel Avenue business. Police responded and got the man transportation and care with a friend.
A caller from Georgia at 5 p.m. reported a fraudulent Craig’s List ad regarding a housing post.
A person at 9:53 p.m. made a 911 call of a disturbance at a Danview Avenue address. Police responded and issued a trespass notice to a woman.
