Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Aug. 18:
Judgments
Martin A. Reid, 54, pleaded guilty to a 2012 charge of driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years. He also pleaded guilty to failure to appear in court and was sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.
Robert A. Jones, 67, pleaded guilty to no motor vehicle insurance. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution.
Eric W. Davis, 28, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless endangerment. He was sentenced to 40 days in jail with 35 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to provide a DNA sample on request; and was placed on probation for one year.
Song J. Song, 65, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of more than one person in a household having a personal use permit and was fined $250 and ordered to pay $10 to support the Police Training Fund.
Mark W. Grosdidier, 63, pleaded guilty to improper use of plates. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended and was placed on probation for one year.
Feodora A. Basargin, 28, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree theft. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that she perform 40 hours of community work service and pay restitution. She was placed on probation for one year.
John F. Eastaugh, 34, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with nine days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and not consume or possess alcohol; and was placed on probation for one year.
Zachary D. Trisermann, 22, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to fifth-degree criminal mischief, domestic violence. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that he perform 40 hours of community work service, have no contact with his victim and pay restitution. He was placed on probation for one year.

Ronald P. James, 21, Ninilchik, third-degree criminal mischief, a felony; criminally negligent burning.
