Robert M. Johnson, 37, Kodiak, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for two years.
Jeffery D. Brinkman, 51, Anchorage, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 160 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.
Ervin D. Simmons Jr., 30, Eagle River, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 160 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.
Robert E. Bailey, 27, Anchorage, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
Joshua W. Webb, 35, Wasilla, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.
David Lang, 18, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of negligent driving. He was fined $300 and ordered to pay $10 to support the Police Training Fund.
Ellis A. Smith, 19, pleaded no contest to minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol. He was fined $500 and ordered to perform 30 hours of community work service. He also pleaded no contest to minor consuming alcohol and was fined $600 with $400 suspended, with the option of paying off the fine by performing community work service at the rate of $6.25 an hour; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for one year.
David M. Hoversten, 48, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of fifth-degree criminal mischief, domestic violence. He was sentenced to 40 days in jail with 30 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution; ordered not to contact his victim and or go to her property except with police escort to retrieve belongings; and was placed on probation for one year.

Kenneth W. Kvasnikoff, 43, Ninilchik, third-degree assault, a felony; fifth-degree criminal mischief, violating conditions of release, all domestic violence related.
