Nov. 28
A business at 1:46 p.m. reported a shoplifter in the store on Lake Street. An officer went to the scene and gave a 30-year-old woman a summons for fourth-degree theft.
A caller at 2:248 p.m. requested a welfare check be made on a friend in the Homer area. Contact was made with the person and officers found all was OK.
A caller at 5:43 p.m. requested a welfare check on his son on East Fairview Avenue. An officer went to the area.
A caller at 6:28 p.m. reported a building that was broken into on E Street. An officer responded to the scene.
A caller at 6:36 p.m. reported intoxicated people yelling and hitting each other on the Homer Bypass. An officer responded to the scene and determined no crime had occurred.
A caller at 10:33 p.m. requested a welfare check on a woman on Klondike Avenue. An officer contacted the woman, who was given a disorderly conduct warning.
Nov. 29
A caller at 4:14 a.m. reported a suspicious man on Ohlson Lane. An officer went to the area, contacted the man, and issued him an advisement to stay away from the location.
A driver at 4:28 p.m. was given a citation for driving without license or registration at Lake Street and Ocean Drive.
Nov. 30
A caller at 1:28 a.m. reported hearing yelling at Main Street and Charles Way. Officers responded to the area, contacted the people in question, and found all was OK.
A caller at 2:45 a.m. reported unusual activity in a closed building on Pioneer Avenue. Officers responded to the location and found all was OK.
A driver at 11 a.m. was issued a violation for driving without license or registration at Bay Vista and the Sterling Highway. The vehicle was impounded.
A caller at 12:19 p.m. reported that a previous shoplifter was back in a store on Greatland Street. The 41-year-old man was issued a summons for concealment of merchandise.
A driver at 11:31 p.m. was arrested for driving under the influence at East End Road and Clover Lane. The 41-year-old man was taken to the Homer Jail.
Dec. 1
A caller at 8:28 a.m. requested a welfare check on a family member on Poppy Circle. An officer went to the location and found all was OK.
A caller at 5:50 p.m. reported a motor vehicle accident in a parking lot on Bartlett Street. An officer responded to the scene.
Dec. 2
A business at 4:35 a.m. reported a man causing a disturbance at the location on the Sterling Highway. An officer responded to the business and the man was escorted away from the scene.
A caller at 5:10 a.m. reported concern for an intoxicated man at Mile 3 Spit Road. An officer went to the scene, contacted the man and found all was OK.
A caller at 4:35 p.m. reported a couple arguing in a car at Mile 2 Spit Road. An officer went to the area but was unable to locate the car.
A caller at 10:14 p.m. requested a welface check on a person on Ben Walters Lane. Officers and medics responded to the scene.
Dec. 3
Officers at 3:47 a.m. assisted medics with a medical call on Sprucewood Drive that derived from a domestic dispute.
A business at 2:46 p.m. reported a shoplifter in custody on Lake Street. A 56-year-old man was issued a summons for concealment of merchandise.
Dec. 4
Officers at 3:21 a.m. arrested a 31-year-old man for an outstanding warrant at Hunter Street and the Sterling Highway.
An officer at 5:07 a.m. responded to a vehicle in the ditch in another agency’s jurisdiction at Mile 165 Sterling Highway.
A caller at 3:56 p.m. reported a possible downed power line at Ocean Drive and FAA Road. An officer responded to the area.
A caller at 5:57 p.m. requested a welfare check on a friend on Pennock Street. Officers found all was OK.
A business at 11:33 p.m. reported a woman causing a disturbance in the lobby of a business on Bartlett Street. Officers responded to the location.
Troopers
Nov. 29
Anchor Point Troopers responded to a residence in Homer in reference to a burglary. Investigation revealed multiple items were stolen from the residence along with a home made 20-foot flatbed trailer with a wood deck. A 31-year-old Homer resident admitted to breaking into the residence and stealing the items. The person was arrested for first-degree burglary, two counts of second-degree theft and third-degree criminal mischief. Anchor Point Troopers are still requesting help in locating the trailer and are requesting the public to contact Soldotna Dispatch at 907-262-4453 with more information.

Judgments
Debra L. Spencer, 46, charge dismissed, violating a stalking or sexual assault protective order.
Christine L. Sprouse, 33, charge dismissed, fourth-degree assault.
Jared T. Porter, 39, charge dismissed, third-degree assault.
Jennifer M. Williams, charge dismissed, imporpoer use of registration, title or plates.
Sebastian T. Pierre, 31, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree theft. He was fined $100 with nothing suspended, and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.
Alden T. Steiner, 20, pleaded guildty to second-degree criminal trespassing. He was sentenced to five days of jail time or monitoring with five days suspended and fined $1,000 with $750 suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 suspended jail surcharge; placed on probation for one year and ordered to have no contact with Ulmer’s Drug and Hardware.
Corey R. Bice, 18, pleaded guilty to driving with his license canceled, revoked or suspended for driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail or on monitoring with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 suspended jail surcharge; and placed on probation for one year.
Christopher D. Stroh, 32, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass. He was fined $50 with nothing suspended and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.
Criminal Court
Gavril A. Konev, 31, third-degree criminal mischief, first-degree burglary, and two counts of second-degree theft.
