Judgments

Clayton N. Armstrong III, charge dismissed, driving without a valid operator’s license.

Rachel M. Pendergrass, 28, charges dismissed, fourth-degree assault, fifth-degree criminal mischief. She pleaded guilty to two counts of violating conditions of release. She was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to forfeit all items seized; and was placed on probation for one year.

Andrew D. Inlow, 38, charges dismissed, two counts, fifth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He pleaded guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to possess, consumer or use any controlled substances unless prescribed by a doctor; ordered not to have contact with two other people; and was placed on probation for two years.

Derek J. Williams, 23, Wasilla, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Richard Collett, 61, pleaded guilty to violating a protective order. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the conditions that he perform 40 hours of community work service. He was ordered not to contact his victim except by email or mail, and was placed on probation for one year.

Matthew Hunting, 34, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 50 days in jail with 20 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

James M. Swan, 40, pleaded guilty to driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Dawson Stone, 44, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 20 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Clark A. Bice, 49, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to one day in jail and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $50 jail surcharge.
