Alaska Wildlife Troopers cited a 44-year-old Homer man for being in possession of nine salmon caught in Tutka Bay, three more than the limit of six.
Wildlife troopers contacted a 51-year-old Homer man during a boating safety inspection at the Homer Harbor. Troopers cited the man for not having enough personal floatation devices on board and for failing to register a powerboat. They also warned and cited other members for wildlife related violations.
July 9
Troopers at 8:48 p.m. contacted a 25-year-old Bethel woman sitting in the driver’s seat of a Kia car in the parking lot of an East End Road restaurant after noticing the woman seemed unresponsive. Troopers arrested her for driving under the influence.
