Judgments

Clifton E. Albrecht, 37, charge dismissed, driving while license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited; 

Robert J. Adams, 44, pleaded guilty to driving with license suspended. He was ordered to pay $50 police training surcharge, $100 confinement facility surcharge with $100 suspended; sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to perform 80 hours of community service to satisfy the unsuspended jail time; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year. 

Iona A. Basargin, 25, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was ordered to serve 90 days in jail with 87 suspended; fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended; ordered to pay $75 police training surcharge, $50 initial jail surcharge, $100 suspended jail surcharge with $100 suspended, and $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to complete a substance abuse treatment assessment; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and placed on probation for two years.

Blaine Aaron Doyle, 26, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was ordered to pay $50 police training surcharge, $150 confinement facility surcharge with $100 suspended; sentenced to serve 10 days with nine days suspended; and placed on probation for one year.

Kyle R. Hock, 25, pleaded guilty to driving with license cancelled, suspended, revoked or limited. He was ordered to serve 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended; ordered to $50 pay police training surcharge, $50 initial jail surcharge and $100 suspended jail surcharge with $100 suspended; his driver’s license was revoked for 90 days and he was placed on probation until Feb. 18, 2017.  

Amelia Rose Inman, 19, pleaded guilty to no valid operator’s license. She was ordered to pay $50 police training surcharge and a $150 fine.

Brian Timothy Malneritch, 46, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 suspended; he was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and ordered to pay $75 police training surcharge, $50 initial jail surcharge, $100 suspended jail surcharge with $100 suspended, $330 cost of imprisonment; was ordered to complete a substance abuse treatment assessment; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; was ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; and placed on probation for two years.

Jeremy E. Ness, 38, pleaded guilty to driving with license revoked. He was sentenced to 180 days with 150 suspended; fined $1,000; ordered to pay to $50 police training surcharge and $150 confinement facility surcharge with $100 suspended; his driver’s license was revoked for 90 days; and he was placed on probation for two years.

Joseph Frank Kaviksaag Newton, 19, pleaded guilty to driving with license canceled, suspended, revoked or limited. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended, the unsuspended 10 days to be served through completion of 80 hours community work service; ordered to pay $50 police training surcharge, $50 initial jail surcharge and $100 suspended jail surcharge with $100 suspended; his driver’s license was revoked for 90 days; and placed on probation for one year.

Joshua Warren Prentice, 23, pleaded guilty to theft fourth degree. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 25 suspended; ordered to perform 40 hours community work service to satisfy the unsuspended jail time; ordered to pay restitution; fined $500 with $500 suspended; ordered to pay $50 police training surcharge and $100 confinement facility surcharge with $100 suspended; placed on probation for one year; and ordered not to contact the victim.

Michael Doyle Proctor, 52, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass second degree, upon premises. He was ordered to serve 20 days in jail with 18 suspended; pay $50 police training surcharge, $50 initial jail surcharge and $100 suspended jail surcharge with $100 suspended; placed on probation until Feb. 26, 2015; is to attend an alcohol safety action program; not to consume alcohol or be where alcohol is sold or consumed; and not to contact the victim.

Christopher Michael Reed, 29, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with nine suspended; ordered to pay $50 police training surcharge and $150 confinement facility surcharge with $100 suspended and placed on probation for one year.
