The National Transportation Safety Board on Tuesday released a preliminary report for the Oct. 23, 2013, crash of an Era Alaska plane in Homer. According to the report, the Beechcraft 1900C plane had a nose and main landing gear collapse during landing. 

Two flight crew members and 13 passengers escaped the crash without injury, but the crash caused substantial damage to the plane.
