Alaska State Troopers at 9:54 p.m. made a traffic stop on a 52-year-old Ninilchik man driving a snowmachine in Ninilchik. Troopers arrested the man for driving under the influence.
Nov. 22
Troopers at 6:52 p.m. went to a disturbance on Kittiwake Court near Homer. Troopers allege a 24-year-old Homer man was drunk and assaulted a household member. Troopers arrested the man for third-degree assault and took him to the Homer Jail.

Troopers at 6:14 p.m. stopped a 41-year-old Homer man near Mile 4 East End Road after he allegedly was speeding. Troopers issued him a citation for driving while license revoked.
Nov. 23
Troopers at 10:45 p.m. tried to make a traffic stop on the driver of a black Volkswagen in Anchor Point. Troopers said the driver took off at a recklessly high rate of speed. Troopers eventually stopped the driver, an 18-year-old Homer man, and arrested him for first-degree eluding a police officer.
Nov. 24
Troopers at 5:29 p.m. made a traffic stop on a 44-year-old Ninilchik man in Anchor Point. Troopers arrested the man for driving while license revoked.
Troopers at 7:51 p.m. went to a Nikolaevsk home for a report of an unknown drunk person parked outside in a car. Troopers arrested a 45-year-old Kasilof man for driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Troopers said the man has two convictions for DUI in the past 10 years.
Troopers at 9:22 p.m. assisted firefighters at a house fire near Mile 153 Sterling Highway. No one was injured, but the fire destroyed a residence and several outbuildings.

Troopers at 11:13 a.m. went to a report of a 43-year-old man found dead in a shed near his home on Nikola Court in Voznesenka. No foul play was suspected and the man’s body was taken to the medical examiner in Anchorage for an autopsy.
Nov. 28
Troopers at 5:35 p.m. contacted a 22-year-old Nikolaevsk man at his home. Troopers arrested the man on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving while license revoked.
Nov. 30
Troopers at 11:24 p.m. made a traffic stop on a 54-year-old Kenai man in Ninilchik and arrested him for DUI.
Dec. 1
Troopers at 6:20 p.m. made a traffic stop on a 64-year-old Homer man in Anchor Point and arrested him for DUI.
Troopers at 4 p.m. contacted a 26-year-old Nanwalek man and a 40-year-old Nanwalek woman in Nanwalek and arrested them on outstanding warrants. They were taken to the Homer Jail.

Troopers at 7 p.m. made a traffic stop on a 30-year-old Homer man in Homer. Troopers issued the man citations for driving while license revoked and failure to install an ignition interlock device.
