A caller at 5:47 p.m. reported a very drunk man in a taxi near Mile 3 East End Road. Police and EMTs responded and took the man to South Peninsula Hospital.
A caller at 8:47 p.m. reported a man with a bicycle standing in the same place on the Spit Road for 30 minutes. Police responded but could not locate the bicyclist.
A caller at 9:10 p.m. reported suspicious circumstances regarding a credit card transaction.
A caller at 10:17 p.m. reported finding drug paraphernalia in the Compass Drive area and asked police to do extra patrols.

A caller at 6:54 p.m. asked about friends who had not returned to a hotel room.
A caller at 10:47 a.m. reported hearing gun shots in the East End Road and Mariner Drive area.
A caller at 11:23 a.m. reported people fishing in a closed area off Kachemak Drive near the Spit.
A caller at 1:06 p.m. reported a boy riding a motorcycle in the Mariner Park slough.
A caller at 1:57 p.m. asked for help locating a vessel with an EPIRB activated that was not in Kachemak Bay. Police went to the area but could not locate the vessel.
A caller at 5:37 p.m. reported a dog in poor health wandering around a Greatland Street parking lot.
A caller at 7 p.m. reported an aggressive moose on Main Street.

A caller at 12:44 a.m. reported a loud party on the Spit. Police contacted the partiers and advised them to be quiet.
A caller at 1:51 a.m. reported a person in a car with its lights on and the engine running at an East End Road parking lot for an extended length of time. Police contacted the driver who said all was OK.
A person at 3:36 a.m. made a 911 call of a man slumped over the wheel of a car that had hit parked cars at a Heath Street lot. Police and EMTs responded. Police arrested a 20-year-old man for driving under the influence, resisting arrest, a weapons violation and minor consuming alcohol.
A caller at 12:42 p.m. reported losing a federal check in the Homer area.
A man at 1:10 p.m. turned in property found on Bishop’s Beach.
A woman at 2:16 p.m. made a 911 call asking for medical assistance at a Fairview Avenue address. Police provided assistance to EMTs.
A person at 3:34 p.m. made a 911 call of a domestic dispute at a Fairview Avenue address. Police responded and provided protective custody to a woman.
A caller at 5:22 p.m. reported a suspicious circumstance at a Ben Walters Lane restaurant bathroom. Police responded and determined the incident was a prank.

Two people at 12:35 a.m. made 911 calls of a domestic dispute that had happened earlier at a Pioneer Avenue address. Police responded and were on the lookout for suspects. Police served a summons on a person related to an earlier case.
A person at 2:56 a.m. made a 911 call of a possible overdose victim at a Fairview Avenue address. Police responded and transported a 25-year-old woman to the hospital and arrested her for disorderly conduct.
A woman at 10:32 a.m. reported a theft from her car parked at a Fairview Avenue address.
A caller at 3:28 p.m. reported a shoplifter at an East End Road business.
A person at 3:50 p.m. made a 911 call of a disruptive passenger on a plane at the airport. The plane was waiting at the gate for an officer. Police responded.
A caller at 6:42 p.m. asked for a welfare check on a man lying on the ground near a Pioneer Avenue business. Police responded and found the man was OK.
A woman at 8:33 p.m. came by the station to report a man standing in the road on Hohe Street with two other people on the ground. Police could not locate the people.
Police at 8:47 p.m. contacted a 35-year-old man at a Pennock Street address and arrested him for disorderly conduct.
Police at 9:34 p.m. made a traffic stop on a driver on the Sterling Highway and searched the car. Police warned the driver for speeding.
Police at 11:34 p.m. contacted a 24-year-old man driving on the Spit and arrested him for driving while license revoked.

A caller at 1:24 p.m. reported a civil dispute at a Bartlett Street address. Police responded.
A caller at 1:58 p.m. reported a Jenny Way house has trash all over the yard. Police responded and spoke with the homeowner.
A caller at 2:37 p.m. reported drug use in the Sterling Highway area. Police responded but did not locate the suspect. Police will be on the lookout for the suspect’s car.
A caller at 5 p.m. reported children in the road on Heath Street near Poopdeck Street. Police responded and found all was OK.

A caller at 12:35 a.m. reported a disturbance at a Fairview Avenue home. Police responded and issued disorderly conduct warnings and mutual trespass notices from each other’s houses to two women.
A woman at 1:01 a.m. reported a woman issued a trespass notice from her Fairview Avenue home was knocking on her door. Police responded and transported one woman to the hospital and a man to his home.
A man at 2:05 a.m. reported his truck was missing.
A man at 5:59 a.m. made a 911 call reporting that when he woke up that morning his fiance was missing from his Fairview Avenue house. Police contacted the man and got information on the missing woman.
A caller at 2:26 p.m. reported a man in a pickup truck driving recklessly on the Spit.
A caller at 3:05 p.m. reported a shoplifter in custody at a Sterling Highway business. Police issued the suspect a one-year trespass notice from the business.
A caller at 3:36 p.m. reported trash blew around the area from a Jenny Way address.
Police at 6:04 p.m. contacted a 38-year-old man on Poopdeck Street and arrested him on an outstanding warrant.

A caller at 12:49 p.m. reported harassment at a Rochelle Road address.
A caller at 5:12 p.m. reported flooding at Karen Hornaday Park. Police advised Public Works.
A caller at 5:20 p.m. reported a man on the bluff screaming near Crittenden Drive at Bishop’s Beach. Police responded and found all was OK.
A caller at 5:40 p.m. reported a couple yelling at each other and getting physical at a Fairview Avenue address. Police responded and found the report was unfounded.
The Anchorage Police Department at 6:43 p.m. reported recovery of property stolen from Homer in the Anchorage area.
A person at 9:10 p.m. made a 911 call of a lost cat in the Kachemak Drive area.
A person at 11 p.m. made a 911 call that a car hit a moose on the Sterling Highway on Baycrest Hill.

A caller at 2:24 p.m. reported a domestic violence assault at a Rangeview Avenue address. Police responded and arrested a 41-year-old man for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.
A woman at 6 p.m. came by the police station and asked to speak to police about an assault.
A man at 8:56 p.m. reported someone sawed off the post to his mail box and stole the mail box from a Kachemak Drive address.
A caller at 9:03 p.m. asked a person be trespassed from a Pennock Street address. Police issued a trespass notice to the person.

Police at 3:29 a.m. did a security check of a Pioneer Avenue bar and warned people for smoking marijuana in public.
A caller at 4:51 a.m. reported suspicious activity at a vacant Cityview Avenue home.
A woman at 9:30 a.m. reported receiving suspicious text messages from an unknown source asking for personal information.
A caller at 12:03 p.m. reported a burglary at a Bayview Avenue address.
A caller at 3:19 p.m. reported a theft and later a burglary from a Kachemak Drive address.
A man at 5:59 p.m. reported a plane flew low over the Lake Street causeway at Beluga Lake and almost hit a car.
A woman at 8:43 p.m. reported her child was missing from a Pioneer Avenue address. The child was later found and returned to the mother.
A caller at 11:40 p.m. reported juveniles asked adults to purchase alcohol for them at a Sterling Highway business.

A caller at 1:43 a.m. reported a drunk man damaged property at a Pioneer Avenue business. Police issued the man a trespass notice from the business.
A man at 1:46 a.m. made a 911 call that a drunk man fell into and broke a window at a Pennock Street apartment. Police responded and found the man was OK.
May 11
Police at 7:15 a.m. made a public appearance at Homer High School.
A caller at 11:53 a.m. asked to speak to an officer regarding an incident with his son.
A man at 3:15 p.m. came by the police station and asked to speak to an officer about city ordinances and traffic control. The officer advised the man of his options.
A man at 4:40 p.m. reported fraud.
The Alaska State Troopers at 5:25 p.m. asked police to do a welfare check on a man at an Ocean Drive Loop home. Police responded but could not find the man.
A man at 5:50 p.m. reported fraud.
A man at 7:58 p.m. made a 911 call that his fiance was overdue returning from work. Police contacted the woman at work and called the man back to give him a new time for the end of her work shift.
A caller at 9:54 p.m. reported a car in a Sterling Highway parking lot that looked like it didn’t belong.
