Pet of the Week

Marni is a great, all around companion. At 2.5-years-old, this border collie/golden retriever mix is spayed, house-trained and very affectionate. Marni needs lots of exercise and a fenced-in area. She sleeps in a crate, knows some commands and loves to go jogging with you.

To adopt a pet, call or stop by the animal shelter across from the city’s Public Works Department off the Sterling Highway. The shelter is open from noon-5 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. For more information, call 235-3141.
