A caller at 9:08 a.m. reported a dispute with an employee at a Spit business. Police responded.
A person at 1:47 p.m. made a 911 call of young people acting suspiciously in the Horizon Court area. Police responded.
A caller at 1:36 p.m. reported credit card fraud.
A caller at 2:45 p.m. reported a dog tied up that snapped and barked at people walking by a Spit business. Police advised the animal control officer.
A caller at 9:37 p.m. reported a suspicious man after hours at a Pioneer Avenue business. Police responded.
June 28
A caller at 11:23 a.m. reported a car crash with a person possibly entrapped near Mile 3 East End Road. Police and medics responded.
A caller at 4:16 p.m. reported people knocking on doors and passing out fliers on private property at a Ben Walters Lane address. Police responded.
A caller at 4:30 p.m. reported a person made threats. The caller asked that the person be issued a trespass notice.
A caller at 4:30 p.m. reported a person bragging about an assault. Police contacted the subjects involved.
A caller at 6:51 p.m. reported a possibly injured moose calf in the Lakeside Drive area. Police contacted the Alaska Department of Fish and Game and an employee said Fish and Game was already monitoring the situation.
A caller at 11:19 p.m. reported a shoplifter at a Sterling Highway business. Police responded and issued a trespass notice and a disorderly conduct warning.
June 29
A person at 2:38 a.m. made a 911 call of a fight at a Spit Road address. Police responded and arrested a 42-year-old man for fourth-degree assault and trespassing.
A caller at 9:45 a.m. asked for help with an eviction from a Svedlund Street address.
A caller at 1:09 p.m. reported an injured moose at a Mattox Road address. Another caller at 6:14 p.m. reported an injured moose in the same area. Police notified Fish and Game.
June 30
A caller at 10:44 p.m. reported her car was stolen sometime the night before from the Spit. Police issued a “be on the lookout” notice.
A caller at 11 p.m. reported people at a Spit address refused to leave. Police responded and found all was OK with no criminal activity.
A caller at 11:19 p.m. reported people driving ATVs and motorcycles recklessly in the Bartlett Street area. Police contacted the suspects.
Police at 11:11 p.m. stopped a man driving near Mile 116 Sterling Highway and gave the driver a warning for driving under the influence. The man parked the car and police provided him transportation home.
