Michael G. Martines, 64, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 40 days in jail with 40 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to forfeit all items seized; and was placed on probation for one year.
Tiffany N. May, 22, pleaded guilty at her arraignment to drunk person on licensed premises. She was sentenced to time served and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended.
