Pratt seeks art donations for Ritz
The Pratt Museum seeks donations or art for Ritz, the museum’s annual gala fundraiser, held Oct. 21 at the museum. Work will be sold in an auction. Work will be displayed at the Pratt from Oct. 3-20 in a preview exhibit. Art remains on display until the day of the event and the auction. Art can be donated as a 100-percent contribution to the Pratt or artists may received 25 percent of the winning bid.
This year’s theme will be “Night at the Museum: A Film Noir Ritz.” Ritz Noir returns the event to the museum grounds, highlighting the drama that unfolds among the exhibits when it’s night at the museum. Event attendees will enjoy fancy finger food and libations, dance with the Devil’s Club Orchestra, and be immersed in the mysteries of the auction packages. Donations are due Sept. 22. Art donation forms are available online or at the Pratt. For more information, contact Kim Wylde at 435-3334.
