Sept. 13

At 9:46 a.m.,  a caller reported a student  with drugs on school grounds at Homer Flex. The student was arrested for misconduct involving a controlled substance. 

At 1:34 p.m., a caller requested additional patrol of the Herndon Drive neighborhood due to someone accessing her vehicle at night. 

At 9:23 p.m., Alaska State Troopers made a Report Every Dangerous Driver Immediately (REDDI) report off Old Sterling Highway, headed toward Homer. Officers went to the area, but were unable to locate the driver. 

At 10:40 p.m., an intoxicated caller made a 911 report of theft from a West Pioneer Avenue hotel and drug activity. Officers went to the scene. The call was unfounded. 

At 11:39 p.m., a caller reported two intoxicated men caused a disturbance and refused to leave. The men left when told the police had been called. 

Sept. 14

At 8:57 p.m., a 911 caller reported an intoxicated man causing a disturbance at a campsite. Officers arrested a 38-year-old man for criminal trespass.

At 9:49 p.m., a caller made a REDDI report of a driver on Sterling Highway. Officers were unable to locate. 

Sept. 15

At 12:46 a.m., a caller reported gunshots and music in the Kalalock Court neighborhood. A man was contacted and told to keep the noise down. 

At 1:15 a.m., a caller reported a verbal dispute at an East Pioneer Avenue business. 

At 5:54 a.m., a caller reported an intoxicated man having difficulty walking and stumbling in the roadway. An officer made contact with the man and a taxi provided the man transport to his home. 

At 5:05 a.m., a caller reported a possibly intoxicated woman in a vehicle at a Sterling Highway parking lot. The woman was sleeping. 

At 1:16 p.m., a caller made a REDDI report of a car speeding and passing on a double yellow line, headed toward Homer from East End Road. 

At 7:05 p.m., a caller reported theft from his locked vehicle. 

At 11:08 p.m., a caller reported a REDDI vehicle on Sterling Highway. Officers were unable to locate. 

At 11:40 p.m., a caller on West Pioneer Avenue reported an assault. Officers went to the scene. 

Sept. 16

 At 1:24 p.m., a woman made a REDDI call. She reported a man weaving and driving at erratic speeds. An officer made contact and found no impairment. 

At 1:46 p.m., a man reported receiving threats. 

At 2:15 p.m., a man reported a syringe and a spoon outside an East Pioneer Avenue business. An officer was advised. 

At 3:14 p.m., a caller reported a hit and run at a Lake Street business parking lot. Police issued accident report forms. 

Sept. 17

At 1:05a.m., a woman reported a theft from her Herndon Street residence. 

At 7:06 p.m., a woman was arrested on East Pioneer Avenue for driving while license suspended and violating conditions of release. 

At 7:08 p.m., a woman was arrested in the Rochelle Road neighborhood for violation of conditions of release. 

At 8:10 p.m., a woman reported theft from an East Pioneer Avenue business. 

At 10:22 p.m., a caller reported a REDDI vehicle on Sterling Highway. Officers made contact and detected no impairment. 

Sept. 18

At 8:14 a.m., a parent reported a juvenile runaway. Officers located the boy and reunited him with his parents. 

At 5:40 p.m., multiple callers reported a man with his pants down to his knees throwing objects in a Sterling Highway business parking lot. An officer went to the scene and trespassed the man for one year.  

At 10:06 p.m., a woman reported an unwanted man knocking on the doors and windows. Officers at the scene were unable to locate the man. 

At 11:33p.m., a man was arrested for violating conditions of release. 

Sept. 19

At 8:38 a.m., a man reported his vehicle had been broken into on Spit Road and items had been stolen. 

At 8:49 a.m., a woman requested a no trespass order on a man that made her feel uncomfortable. 

At 11:09 a.m., a caller reported individuals huffing and being destructive inside a Sterling Highway business during regular business hours. 

At 11:29 a.m., a caller reported items stolen from his vehicle parked near the harbor. 

At 12:30 p.m., a caller reported an Ocean Drive business had been broken into and items had been stolen. 

At 5:55 p.m. a woman reported the theft of a laptop from her locked vehicle. 

Sept. 21

At 11 a.m., a man was arrested for violating probation.

At 1:15 p.m., a caller made a REDDI report of a vehicle passing aggressively. 

At 5:37 p.m., there were multiple calls with an uncooperative subject. An officer provided transport for a woman to an East Pioneer Avenue business.
