A caller at 1:54 p.m. reported a car broken into on Bartlett Street.
A person at 3:28 p.m. made a 911 call reporting an airplane crash at the Homer Airport.

Police at 1:50 a.m. conducted people in a car near Mile 170 Sterling Highway and did a drug investigation.
A library official at 10 a.m. reported a man threatened employees at the Homer Public Library on Oct. 22.
An animal shelter employee at 12:43 p.m. reported possible abuse of a dog.
A caller at 2:48 p.m. reported information on a drug dealer.
A man at 4:35 p.m. reported suspicious people meeting in cars on Bishop’s Beach.
An anonymous caller at 6:38 p.m. provided information regarding thefts.
A caller at 7:25 p.m. asked police to do a welfare check on a woman. Police responded and took the woman to South Peninsula Hospital for a check up and then into protective custody.
Oct. 25
A caller at 2:17 a.m. reported a very drunk man wearing only a T-shirt and underwear trying to get served at a local bar and to get into hotel rooms. Police escorted the man back to his hotel room and to the car of his family.
A man at 9:57 a.m. made a 911 call of a car rollover on the Sterling Highway.
A man at 11:11 a.m. made a 911 call reporting he saw a child being abused at a Ben Walters Lane address. Police responded.
A caller at 1:58 p.m. reported an employee quit but kept equipment that does not belong to him.
A man at 3:30 p.m. reported an internet jamming device being used in the area.
A woman at 4:09 p.m. reported two dogs attacked her and her leashed dog on Paradise Place. She said the dogs’ owner could not restrain the dogs. Police advised animal control.
A woman at 3:48 p.m. reported a person in a pick up truck unloading large trash bags at a Dumpster on Ohlson Lane on Oct. 25.
A caller at 6:42 p.m. provided information regarding thefts in the Homer area.
A man at 7:19 p.m. reported a suspicious newspaper ad.
A man at 9:59 p.m. made a 911 call of a suspicious car without lights parked in the Quinalt Avenue area. Police responded and found a person sleeping in the car for the night.
Several callers at 11:11 p.m. reported hearing noises that sounded like gunshots or fireworks in the Eagle View Drive area.
Oct. 26
Police at 1:55 a.m. made a traffic stop on a 59-year-old man driving on the Sterling Highway and arrested him for driving under the influence.
A library employee at 10:51 a.m. reported a disturbance at the library. Police responded and arrested a 47-year-old man for second-degree criminal trespassing.
A caller at 12:08 p.m. reported a woman took items from the Salvation Army collection bin.
An employee at 3:03 p.m. reported a dog-bite patient at the hospital. The employee called back and reported two more dog bites from the same dog, including the dog’s owner.
Police at 3:49 p.m. arrested a 26-year-old woman at the police station for promoting contraband and fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, heroin.
A woman at 4:12 p.m. reported a domestic altercation. Police arrested a 55-year-old man for fourth-degree assault.
Police at 9:42 p.m. arrested a 36-year-old woman on an outstanding warrant.
Oct. 27
Police at 12:18 a.m. saw a car leave the road near Mile 172 Sterling Highway. The driver fled the scene. Police contacted the registered owner of the car who realized the car had been stolen earlier in the day and not noticed.
A cab driver at 1:27 a.m. reported a drunk passenger kicked the cab and was uncooperative. Police met the taxi at the police station parking lot.
A person at 10:48 a.m. reported a car was vandalized at a Main Street business.
An employee at 11:04 a.m. reported damage to a Pioneer Avenue hotel room.
A man at 1:38 p.m. reported a car left overnight at a Pioneer Avenue parking lot that could have stolen items in it.
Police at 11:05 p.m. arrested a 47-year-old woman for trespassing at a Sterling Highway business.
Oct. 28
A caller at 6:41 p.m. reported an open door at a Douglas Street address. Police responded and found all was OK.
A man at 7:05 a.m. reported a suspicious vehicle in the Aspen Lane area.
A caller at 8:44 a.m. reported a hit-and-run collision on the Sterling Highway.
A school official at 12:59 p.m. reported finding drug paraphernalia at Homer High School.
A man at 2:10 p.m. reported mud and debris on East End Road and Kachemak Drive.
