Judgments
Glenn Hoefer, 50, charge dismissed, resisting arrest. He pleaded guilty at his arraignment to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with nine days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.
Andres Jauregoi, 35, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief, domestic violence. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution; and was placed on probation for three years. He also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended and ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and not to consume alcohol during probation.

James P. Langell, 29, fourth-degree criminal mischief, domestic violence related.
Elaine D. Large, 45, DUI, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana, driving while license revoked.
