Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Aug. 16:

Judgments

Glenn Hoefer, 50, charge dismissed, resisting arrest. He pleaded guilty at his arraignment to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with nine days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.

Andres Jauregoi, 35, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief, domestic violence. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution; and was placed on probation for three years. He also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended and ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and not to consume alcohol during probation.

Jesselee D. Altman, 22, driving while license revoked.

Eric L. Gordon, second-degree criminal trespass.

Daniel A. Lutz, driving under the influence, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Allan J. Sherman, 55, Anchorage, unlawfully permit a fish and game violation by sport fish guide client, four counts.

Sarah Krista Kirk, 24, DUI.

George M. Cook, 33, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, two counts.

Corey K. Rosano, 36, first-degree sexual abuse of a minor under age 13, three counts; second-degree sexual abuse of a minor under age 13, three counts; unlawful exploitation of a minor; possession of child pornography, five counts, all felonies, all domestic violence related.

James P. Langell, 29, fourth-degree criminal mischief, domestic violence related.

Elaine D. Large, 45, DUI, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana, driving while license revoked.

Zacheriah B. Sekula, 26, DUI.

Robert E. Sullivan, 58, Anchor Point, taking an overlimit of halibut.

Michelle J. Griffin, 16, minor consuming alcohol.

Steven D. House Jr., 22, furnishing alcoholic beverages to a person under age 21.

Larry Lance, 55, Blairsville, Ga., fish and game prohibited conduct – transporting anglers who took overlimit of halibut.
