Michelle M. Henley, 44, charge dismissed, no motor vehicle liability insurance. She pleaded guilty to an amended charge of attempted fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. She was sentenced to 360 days in jail with 180 days suspended, with up to 90 days credit for treatment in a substance-abuse residential treatment program; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; ordered to forfeit all items seized; and was placed on probation for two years. She also pleaded guilty to reckless driving and was sentenced to 30 days in jail and had her license revoked for 30 days.
Arik J. Smith, 20, charges dismissed, minor consuming alcohol and minor operating a vehicle after consuming. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years. He also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service and write a letter of apology to Homer Police Officer Sean Perry.
Nikolai N. Yakunin, 40, Anchor Point, charge dismissed, fourth-degree assault. He pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 270 days in jail with 230 days suspended, with up to 60 days credit for treatment in a substance-abuse residential treatment program; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and get a mental health evaluation; ordered to submit a DNA sample; ordered not to contact his victim; and was placed on probation for two years.
Cynthia M. Jandt, 58, charge dismissed, failure to submit to a chemical test. She pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
James M. Swan, 40, charge dismissed, driving while license cancelled, suspended or revoked. He pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for three years. He also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended.
Kondrati F. Mametiev, 63, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 40 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.
Jonathan D. Mahoney, 21, pleaded guilty to making a false report. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for two years. He also pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.
Maude S. Halbur, 40, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. She was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year. She also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was sentenced to 50 days in jail with 50 days suspended.
