Judgments

Benjamin L. Moonin, 50, charge dismissed, first-degree sexual abuse of a minor.

Mandy S. Romanoff, 22, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. She was sentenced to 10 days in jail with five days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for one year.

Jacob A. Evans, 23, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault. He was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and not to contact his victim; and was placed on probation for one year.

Stephen R. Bernhardt, 52, Anchor Point, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 300 days in jail with 280 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.

Dakota K. Tennison, 28, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of fifth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. She was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 300 days in jail with 280 days suspended and ordered to perform 160 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and forfeit items seized; and was placed on probation for three years.

Blake L. Smith, 27, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 270 days in jail with 230 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for three years. He also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Jeffrey W. Hulscher, 47, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Eric L. Gordon, 44, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution; ordered to provide a DNA sample on request; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for three years.

Fedor S. Gostevskyh, 35, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was fined $1,500 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 360 days in jail with 347 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution; ordered not to possess or consume alcohol or other intoxicating beverages and have contact with his victim; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for three years. He also pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to five days in jail.

David L. Ciptak, 46, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Zachary A. McKenna, 15, pleaded guilty to minor consuming alcohol. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that he report to Kenai Peninsula Youth Court. He also pleaded guilty to not having a valid operator’s license. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that he perform 24 hours of community work service. He was placed on probation for one year.

Jason R. Brown, 37, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Timothy A. Magee, 39, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree misconduct involving weapons. pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 360 days in jail with 300 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and forfeit items seized; and was placed on probation for four years.
