A caller at 7:32 p.m. reported being harassed at a Kachemak Drive address.
A person at 9:28 p.m. made 911 calls of a noise disturbance from either fireworks or gunshots in the Mile 1 East End Road area. Police responded.
Police at 9:11 p.m. assisted medics at a call at an East End Road address.
Several people at 10:21 p.m. made 911 calls of a car-moose collision on East End Road.

A person at 1:24 a.m. made a 911 call of an assault near the Poopdeck Trail. Police responded and one man was taken to the hospital.
A person at 4:56 a.m. made a 911 call of a robbery at a Main Street address. Police responded.
A caller at 4:53 p.m. asked police to do a welfare check on his daughter at a Mattox Street address. Police responded.
A caller at 8:40 p.m. asked police to do a welfare check on her son at a Main Street address. Police responded.
Police at 10:04 p.m. issued a driving-under-the-influence warning to a driver on Pioneer Avenue.
Police at 11:21 p.m. issued a DUI warning to a driver on East End Road.

A person at 12:48 a.m. made a 911 call asking for a welfare check on a possibly drunk man on the Spit. Police contacted the man, age 56, and arrested him on an outstanding warrant.
Multiple callers at 12:51 p.m. reported a woman with no shirt on walking on the sidewalk by the Sterling Highway. Police contacted the woman and provided her transportation to an alternate location.
A person at 6:06 p.m. made a 911 call reporting a stolen vehicle at Karen Hornaday Park. Police impounded the car and identified it as a vehicle reported stolen on Aug. 19.
A caller at 5:17 p.m. reported people speeding and shouting profanities from cars in the Mountain View Drive area.
A caller at 8:02 p.m. reported a man passed out on a bench on Pioneer Avenue. Police checked on the man and found he was OK.
A caller at 9:29 p.m. reported an extremely drunk man causing a domestic disturbance and damaging property at a Beluga Circle address. Police responded and separated the parties involved for the night.

A caller at 5:50 a.m. reported seeing an unknown glow in the Skyline Drive area.
A caller at 12:17 p.m. reported a suspicious man hanging around a Spit business.
A person at 12:32 p.m. came to the police station and reported reckless driving in the Bishop’s Beach and Bunnell Avenue area.
A caller at 2:13 p.m. reported a dog wandering into traffic on the Sterling Highway. Police advised the animal control officer.
A caller at 2:33 p.m. asked police to do a welfare check on a person at a Pioneer Avenue address.
A caller at 3:17 p.m. reported a disturbance at a Poopdeck Street address.

A caller at 6:46 a.m. reported a wanted subject on Main Street. Police responded but could not find the man.
A caller at 8:09 a.m. reported seeing a wanted subject on the Sterling Highway. Police tried to contact the person, but the subject ran away.
A person at 9:15 a.m. reported seeing a man driving while license revoked.
A caller at 11:34 a.m. reported a driver in a car almost hit him while walking on Bunnell Avenue.
A caller at 12:04 p.m. reported people asking to clean carpets at a Skyline Drive address. The caller thought it was suspicious.
A man at 1 p.m. reported people stealing his equipment at a Pioneer Avenue address.
A caller at 2:23 p.m. reported two motorcycle drivers speeding through a pedestrian area on the Spit. Police responded.
A person at 2:50 p.m. made a 911 call of three possible gun shots in the Soundview Avenue area. Police responded but didn’t see anything unusual.
A caller at 6:58 p.m. reported a patient left a Bartlett Street medical facility against medical advice. Police contacted the person and the patient agreed to stay in the care of the facility.
A caller at 7:35 p.m. reported seeing a man hit a woman outside a Sterling Highway business. Police responded and determined the incident was unfounded.
A caller at 8:50 p.m. reported receiving threats over the telephone.
A caller at 9:09 p.m. reported a violation of a domestic violence restraining order on the Spit. Police responded.
Police at 9:44 p.m. contacted a 60-year-old man driving on Lake Street and arrested him for DUI.
A caller at 10:20 p.m. reported a man yelling and calling people names in a Sterling Highway store.
Police at 10:57 p.m. made a traffic stop on a 19-year-old man driving on the Sterling Highway. Police issued him a summons for driving in violation of an instructional permit.

A caller at 5:30 a.m. reported a couple arguing and bickering over the past hour at a Main Street address. Police responded.
Police at 4:22 p.m. warned a driver for texting while driving on the Spit.
A man at 4:55 p.m. reported he had been hit in the head by another person at a Pennock Street address.
A caller at 6:01 p.m. reported indecent exposure by a man at a Freight Dock Road address. The person later called back to cancel the request for assistance and said the issue had been resolved. Police contacted the man and gave him a warning.
A caller at 6:59 p.m. reported a drunk man causing a disturbance and refusing to leave the area at a Sterling Highway address. Police issued the man a trespass notice from the business.
A person at 7:21 p.m. made a 911 call reporting harassment at Hazel Avenue and Poopdeck Street. Police separated the parties.
A person at 8:20 p.m. made a 911 call reporting a man lying on the sidewalk on the Sterling Highway near Main Street. Police responded and the man was taken to a medical facility and put into protective custody.
Police at 11:57 p.m. contacted a 24-year-old woman driving on East End Road near Kramer Lane and arrested her for DUI.
Aug. 28
A person at 1:11 a.m. made a 911 call of a drunk man outside a Pioneer Avenue business. The man was later reported to be a passenger in a car that was the subject of a “report every dangerous driver immediately” complaint. Police contacted the driver, a 22-year-old man, and arrested him for DUI.
A person at 6:41 a.m. made a 911 call of a suicidal subject at the harbor. Police responded and the person agreed to be taken to South Peninsula Hospital.
A woman at 12:30 p.m. reported her Kachemak Drive storage unit had been broken into and items taken.
A caller at 1:48 p.m. reported a boat on a trailer hit a powerline on Meadow Drive, causing the line to fall to the ground. Police advised Homer Electric Association.
A caller at 2:31 p.m. reported a man in a wheelchair hanging around a closed business on Hazel Avenue.
A caller at 2:38 p.m. reported a group of older men harassing a young teenager at a Greatland Street address. Police responded and advised the people to move along.
A caller at 4 p.m. reported campers had an ongoing feud at a Spit campground and the dispute seemed to be escalating. Police responded but the campers were gone on arrival.
A caller at 4:28 p.m. reported a driver tearing up the storm berm area on the airport beach at Mud Bay.
A caller at 9:40 p.m. reported items stolen from a boat in the harbor.
