Judgments
Taylor Carter-Barling, 19, charge dismissed, minor operating a vehicle after consuming. He pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended; ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; ordered not to contact his victim; and was placed on probation for one year.
Jack W. Olesch, 55, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of not having an operator’s license. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for three years. He also pleaded guilty to a second charge of not having an operator’s license and was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 50 days suspended. He also was ordered not to consume or possess alcoholic beverages.
Allen J. Hoffman, 69, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of game. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to forfeit a seized lynx; had his trapping license suspended for one year; and was placed on probation for one year.
Robert J. Schmoke, 32, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespassing. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 20 days in jail with 15 days suspended; ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to go to the Alibi Bar; and was placed on probation for one year.
Clinton A. Bush, 37, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.
Donald Rauh, 24, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 40 days in jail with 30 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.
Stryker J. Phillips, 30, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 40 days in jail with 37 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
