Judgments
Jesselee D. Altman, 21, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, two counts, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, charges dismissed. He pleaded guilty to another count of fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance and driving while license revoked. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the conditon that he pay $100 to support the Police Training Fund, a $100 jail surcharge and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to complete a substance abuse evaluation and complete all programs and treatment recommended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend and pay restitution; and was placed on probation for three years.
Robert M. Nakada, 62, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
Terry C. Morasci, 50, pleaded guilty to driving while license canceled, suspended, revoked or limited. He was fined $500 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 60 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
James M. Mumey 49, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of tampering with physical evidence. He was sentenced to 12 months in jail with nine months suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to forfeit all items seized; ordered not to have contact with the Grog Shop and testify truthfully in a court case, State v. John Mumey; and was placed on probation for three years.
Georgina Guarin, 18, pleaded guilty to minor consuming alcohol. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that she report to the Kenai Peninsula Youth Court.
Mackenzie D. Wood, 19, pleaded guilty to minor consuming alcohol. Wood was fined $600 with $400 suspended and ordered to perform community work service at the rate of $6.25 an hour to satisfy fine; ordered to forfeit items seized, including false identification, and ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program.
David M. Hoversten, 47, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 270 days in jail with 240 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for three years.
Billy C. Brown, 24, pleaded no contest to fourth-degree assault. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $50 jail surcharge, and ordered to pay restitution.

Zachary T. Fraley, 18, first-degree terroristic threatening, a felony.
Dakota K. Tennison, 18, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, intent to deliver or possess with intention to deliver marijuana; fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, possession of marijuana on school grounds or within 500 feet of school grounds, both felonies.
Julia A. Quales, 46, first-degree burglary, second-degree theft, first-degree vehicle theft, all felonies.
