Drawing hundreds of athletes from around the state and sending thousands of pins flying, the 2014 Special Olympics Alaska Bowling Tournament was held at Eagle River Bowl Nov. 21-23.
Homer bowlers were among those participating.
“I was very proud of our team,” said Carol Shuler, Homer community director for Special Olympics-Alaska. “As usual, Team Homer had outstanding sportsmanship and the best bowling etiquette.
