Judgments
Bryson V. Guarin, 31, pleaded guilty to failure to appear in court. He was fined $150 and ordered to perform 15 hours community work service and was ordered to pay $55 to support the Police Training Fund and forfeit items seized.
Jacob C. Uhing 20, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the conditions that he perform 24 hours of community work service and forfeit items seized. He was put on probation for one year.
Trevor C. Kearney, 44, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 75 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to provide a DNA sample on request; ordered not to contact his victim; and was placed on probation for one year.
Elizabeth A. Kvasnikoff, 27, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. She was sentenced to 10 days in jail and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund. She also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend and pay restitution; ordered to pay a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to report to the Chugachmiut program in Port Graham and get an evaluation and assessment for substance abuse and mental health; ordered not to contact her victim except for court authorized reasons; and was placed on probation for two years.
June A. Walker, 35, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. She was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and ordered to forfeit items seized.
Shayne A. Anderson, 26, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 45 days in jail with 40 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend and pay restitution; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
Joseph D. Maze, 31, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespassing. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 40 days in jail with 35 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to contact his victim; and was placed on probation for one year.
Margaret L. Goodlataw, 22, pleaded guilty at her arraignment to driving while license revoked. She was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
