Enstar just got a rate increase that should have never been approved and it is unbelievable that they would ask for another rate increase. The state and the cities of Kachemak and Homer have just given Enstar more than  $20 million worth of new infrastructure and hundreds of new customers. This is unbelievable and needs to be shot down. These are tough economic times for the state and its people.
