Judgments
Shawn A. Montgomery, 50, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving wile license suspended. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year. He also pleaded guilty to not having motor vehicle liability insurance and was fined $500.
Fletcher D. Teague, 25, charge dismissed, sixth-degree misconduct involved a controlled substance. Hepleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

William F. Varn III, St. Simons Island, Ga., waste of salmon, failure to present fish for inspection.
James A. Fahle, 51, first-degree vehicle theft, a felony.
Stafan B. Nields, 41, second-degree criminal trespass.
Lorelei M. Reese, 21, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, two counts.
Mark R. Roberts, 59, Anchor Point, taking a sublegal bull moose.
Waylad G. Branstetter, 46, Anchor Point, driving while license suspended.
Alexander W. McFarland-Johnson, 26, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest.
Kenneth J. Upton, 27, second-degree theft, a felony; third-degree theft, resisting arrest.
Jason K. Herreman, 33, hunting using illegal methods or means, unlawful possession or transportation of game.
James R. Carroll, 25, Casper, Wyo., driving under the influence.
