Judgments
Robert D. Webb, charges dismissed, second-degree weapons misconduct, third-degree weapons misconduct. He pleaded guilty to fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was sentenced to 42 months in jail with 36 months suspended; ordered to pay $100 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to have contact with others involved in the case; and was placed on probation for four years.
Amanda R. Wlaysewski, 28, charge dismissed, driving under the influence. She pleaded guilty to refusal to submit to a breath test. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
John C. Glasgow, 62, Anchor Point, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for two years. He also pleaded guilty to fourth-degree weapons misconduct and was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended.
Martin W. Willis, 48, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless driving. He was fined $500 and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 30 days; and was placed on probation for two years.
