He was fined $1,500 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to complete an anger management program and not contact his victim; and was placed on probation for two years.
Sheryl L. Thorsen, 52, Kodiak, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 57 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
Robert J. Schmoke, 34, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 40 days in jail with 40 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.
Tyler L. Bowman, 28, Callaway, Fla., pleaded guilty to refusal to take a breath test. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
Gloria A. Figueroa, 58, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. She was sentenced to time served in jail and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $50 jail surcharge.
Elizabeth L. Dearmoun, 49, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution; ordered to not contact her codefendants and to testify truthfully in court; ordered not to contact the business where items were stolen; and was placed on probation for one year.
Janis B. Brantley, 48, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-degree harassment. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.
David J. Goodie, 46, Anchor Point, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
Izahia H. Henry, 19, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was fined $150.
Kevin P. McCarthy, 31, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 100 days in jail with 97 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
Warren C. Cotter Belford, 29, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $50 jail surcharge.
