Bailey M. Crocker, 29, charges dismissed, first-degree criminal trespassing, resisting arrest. She pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was sentenced to 50 days in jail with 45 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for one year.
Joshua Hodges, 28, charge dismissed, no motor vehicle liability insurance. He pleaded guilty to not having a valid operator’s license and was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.
Casey A. James. 33, charge dismissed, fourth-degree misconduct involving weapons. He pleaded guilty to fifth-degree misconduct involving weapons and was fined $500 and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to forfeit any interest in the weapon that was seized; and was placed on probation for one year.
James Carnell, 58, Ninilchik, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 150 days in jail with 130 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.
Lindee J. Sprong, 36, Anchor Point, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 150 days in jail with 130 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver’s license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.
Misti L. McLay, 29, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession or transportation of game. She was fined $2,000 with $1,000 suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund; ordered to perform 20 hours of community work service; ordered to surrender her rifle; and was placed on probation for one year.
Jesse Lee Sherwood, 38, pleaded guilty to same-day airborne hunting. He was fined $4,000 with $2,000 suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund; ordered to forfeit moose meat and antlers; had his hunting license revoked for two years; and was placed on probation for one year.
