Joshua Hodges, 28, charge dismissed, no motor vehicle liability insurance. He pleaded guilty to not having a valid operator’s license and was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.
Casey A. James. 33, charge dismissed, fourth-degree misconduct involving weapons. He pleaded guilty to fifth-degree misconduct involving weapons and was fined $500 and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to forfeit any interest in the weapon that was seized; and was placed on probation for one year.
James Carnell, 58, Ninilchik, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 150 days in jail with 130 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.
Lindee J. Sprong, 36, Anchor Point, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 150 days in jail with 130 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver’s license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.
