Judgments

Kenneth G. Davidson, 49, pleaded guilty to not having proof of insurance. He was fined $500.

Sava Toran, 21, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.

Timothy T. Stage, 52, pleaded guilty to commercial fishing in closed waters. He was fined $3,000 with $1,800 suspended; ordered to pay $10 to support the Police Training Fund; ordered not to commit any commercial fishing violations during his probation; and was placed on probation for two years.

Daniel K. Soger, 28, Ninilchik, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.

Lisa L. Kuhr, 39, Kenai, pleaded guilty at her arraignment to driving under the influence. She was fined $10,000 with $5,000 suspended and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 245 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $2,000 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver’s license revoked for five years; was placed on probation for seven years; and ordered not consume or possess alcohol while on probation. A charge of driving while license revoked was dismissed.

R.L. Hutchinson, 46, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving under the influence. He was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year. A charge of driving while suspended was dismissed.

Ahloagana K. Tukshaq, 29, pleaded guilty as his arraignment to second-degree indecent exposure. He was fined $300 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $50 jail surcharge.
