After reviewing the Republican-controlled, House-proposed state budget cuts in regard to children, the poor and seniors, it is abundantly clear that any reasonable person using diligence and discretion would conclude that the Republicans in Juneau are clearly the rats which lay within the bilge of Alaska’s ship of state.
