Judgments
Cassie M. Malone, 32, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. She was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
Billy Cleo Brown, 26, pleaded guilty to furnishing alcohol to a minor. Brown was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and was placed on probation for two years.
Brian O. Burns, 43, pleaded guilty to texting while driving. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 25 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.
Micah M. Price, 24, pleaded guilty to driving while license canceled. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
Mustaf Abdi Abdille, 28, pleaded guilty to access of drunken persons to licensed premises. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 40 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for two years.
Lee John Henry, 53, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass. He was sentenced to 70 days in jail; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $50 jail surcharge. He also pleaded guilty to fourth-degree theft and was sentenced to five days in jail and ordered not to have contact with Safeway.
