Chad T. Kuryla, 44, charge dismissed at his arraignment, violating conditions of release. In a 2013 charge, he pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was sentenced to 80 days in jail with 70 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend and complete a domestic violence intervention program at South Peninsula Haven House; ordered to submit a DNA sample upon request; ordered to report to an alcohol safety action program and not possess or consume alcohol during probation; and was placed on probation for three years.
Alexander C. Napier II, 31, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
