Judgments

Danny Luciano, 30, charges dismissed, driving while license revoked and failure to appear in court.

Terenty G. Reutov, 30, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $50 jail surcharge.

Alen T. Blatchford, 67, pleaded guilty to failure to control or report a dangerous fire. He was sentenced to time served in jail and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $50 jail surcharge. He also was ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution.

Patrick L. Jones, 52, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft and fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 113 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution; ordered not to contact his victim; and was placed on probation for two years.

Timothy A. Magee, 40, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $5,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 120 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $2,000 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for three years; and was placed on probation for five years.

Julian R. Stowe, 22, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. Stowe was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; had a driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

James W. Avery, 19, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was fined $150 suspended and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.
