The ceremony was officiated by longtime family friend Zack Wilcox, previously of Homer. A reception directly followed the ceremony at the Lone Star Saloon and Restaurant.

Liz Rohlich and Sascha Petersen Liz Rohlich and Sascha Petersen were married in Seattle on July 5. Sascha's cousin Jake Bell was best man and Lauren Bell was a bridesmaid. Liz's brothers, Jug and John Rohlich, were groomsmen and her sister-in-law, Jamie Rohlich, and best friend, Nicole Dieterichs, were her maids of honor. Her nieces, Kaya and Rylan, were flower girls and her nephew, Addison, was ring bearer.

Paul Hampton of Smelville, Georgia. The bride's attendants were Krista Arthur of Soldotna and Rebecca Hardy of Homer. The groom's attendants were Joe Compean of Anchorage and Eric Walter of Kingston, Wash. About 150 guests attended the wedding. A reception followed the wedding ceremony.
