Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Dec. 15:

Judgments

Joshua V. Harrington, 25, pleaded not guilty and was found not guilty by a jury of charges of fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, interfering with a report of domestic violence, and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Lisa Anderson, 23, charge dismissed, permitting an unauthorized person to drive.

Cody Shealy, 19, charge dismissed, no motor vehicle insurance.

Gloria Ramirez, 19, charges dismissed, minor consuming alcohol, violating conditions of release. She pleaded guilty to two counts of habitual minor consuming alcohol. She was fined $2,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended; ordered to perform 96 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund with a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; had her driver's license revoked for six months; and was placed on probation for two years. She also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended and fined $500 with $500 suspended.

William Parks, 65, charge dismissed, reckless endangerment, two counts. He pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 90 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol and drug abuse program and a domestic violence intervention program; and was placed on probation for three years.

April L. Evans, 26, pleaded guilty to making a false report. She was sentenced to 40 days in jail with 30 days suspended, with the option of performing 80 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.

Criminal Court

David F. Fefelov, 25, first-degree stalking, felony indictment.

Eugene C. Steik, 66, third-degree assault, two counts, felony indictment.

Larry C. Mitchell, 46, violating a domestic violence protective order.

Lea W. Brooks, 30, access of drunken person to premises, disorderly conduct.

Michael T. Knight, 21, driving under the influence.

Adam C. Dillon, 26, driving while license revoked.

Anastasia K. Leach, 20, motor vehicle liability insurance required.

James W. McClay II, 46, DWLR.

Nikita Tipikin, 52, DUI, DWLR.

Michael W. Lasiter, 37, driving while license suspended.
